Returns accepted for 30 days, except for custom orders requested by the customer: no returns possible.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Restocking fee: 5%, with a minimum of €15.
• Products will be refunded, but not shipping costs.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used.

In the event of cancellation of an order that has been paid for but not shipped, shipping costs will be refunded, but a restocking fee will apply.
